Consultations

The Crofting Commission has a responsibility to keep under general review all matters relating to crofts and crofting conditions.  To this end, the Commission responds to consultations relevant to crofting and land use matters, which may include; planning, environmental, housing and Local Development Plans. 

The Commission's responses to public consultations will be available to view on the organisation's website eg consultations by the Scottish Government can be found at www.consult.gov.scot or the Scottish Parliament at www.parliament.scot
