Trade union facility time

The Crofting Commission is required by the Trade Union (Facility Time Publication Requirements) Regulations 2017 to publish information on "facility time." This is time off given to trade union representatives for their union duties.

This information is published in our Annual Report.

For the year 2024-2025, our disclosure is a 'Nil' return, which means no facility time was recorded.
