Initial checks: We'll check your application for completeness and accuracy.
Consultation: We'll consult with the grazings committee and the owner(s) of the common grazings. We may also ask the Scottish Government Rural Payments and Inspections Directorate to prepare a report, which can add time to the process.
Decision: For straightforward cases with no objections, we aim to make a decision within 16 weeks.
If approved: We'll issue an order extending the term of your apportionment for a specific time period.
