Request for information pertaining to:
1. Apportionment application documentation and all correspondence relating to the applications, both interim and final for:
- 2 Kingsburgh, Snizort Isle of Skye IV51 9UT – apportionment orders
are dated 13/10/72 and 29/7/25. Also the new apportionment
application dated 21/8/25 reference 139902.
- 4 Kingsburgh, Snizort Isle of Skye IV51 9UT – apportionment orders
are dated 18/4/18 and 27/4/18. Also the new apportionment
application dated 6/10/25 reference 140926.
- 8 Kingsburgh, Snizort, Isle of Skye IV51 9UT – apportionment order is
dated 2/11/88. Also the new apportionment application dated 17/7/25
reference 139048.
2. Copies of laws/regulations/procedures and any amendments relating to common parks and special common grazings areas in Kingsburgh township from their inception to date of this request.
3. Full Kingsburgh Common Grazing Map with the handwritten annotations on special parks and grazing areas with all accompanying documentation relating to this map. Please refer to the extract of a map provided showing sections of the common grazings with annotations on their status for ease of identification.
4. All documentation relating to the 1976 SLC Land Court Submission regarding Kingsburgh Common Grazing Souming.
