Information request and response under the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002.
Information requested
Request for all records held regarding this croft between June 1992 and the present day. Specifically, information on:
1. Applications for Division: Was an application ever submitted by the executor of the estate (or any other party) to divide this croft between 1992 to the present date?
2. Consent and Notification: If a division occurred, was the Commission's formal consent granted, and were the other joint beneficiaries of the will notified of this application?
3. Owner-Occupier Status: Who has been officially recorded in the Register of Crofts as the owner-occupiers since the date of death (21/06/1992)?
4. Recent Changes: Any records relating to the recent transfer of ownership to Mrs Caroline Milne, including whether this was a notified ""subsequent event."
