Information request and response under the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002.
Information requested
History of ownership of land known as Fank Brae, near Loch Poll, Assynt, since land was purchased by Assynt Crofters Trust 25 years ago. How land is currently designated, and how and when this came about. Who was responsible for creating designation, and what name or names are on any letters or other correspondence with you regarding this. In the event that the land is designated as common grazing land, what is procedure to return it to the position it was prior to the change.
