Information requested
Request for information on when the Commission publish its annual procurement report for 2017-18; and - a copy of the annual procurement report for 2017-18.
Response
Information requested, with reference to the Procurement Reform (Scotland) Act 2014, Section 18 applies to a contracting authority which has a significant procurement expenditure in a financial year (this is where the total value of contracts to which its regulated procurements relate is at least £5 million). As the Crofting Commission’s Grant-in-aid award is less than the threshold, and approximately 75% of its expenditure relates to salaries. The Annual Procurement Report for 2017-18 has not yet been produced.
