Information requested
Request for all information on croft 23A Tomonie from 4 May 2005 onwards, including all related common grazings information.
Response
Information requested issued with an exemption under Section 38(1)(b) (personal information) which has been redacted accordingly. The information requested was to include all information related common grazings. In this instance the grazing share pertaining to the croft 23A Tomonie was not purchased along with the croft and remained in tenancy, it is deemed to be a separate croft in terms of Section 3(5) of the Crofters (Scotland) Act 1993. As such, a separate entry has been included in the Register of Crofts in respect of the share and a copy entry was issued for reference. There is no separate documentation held on record for the croft 23A Tomonie (Share) over and above what has already been provided.
