Information requested
Excluding the de-crofted property now known as number 12a Totescore has any permission since been granted to the current but absent tenant to erect a dwelling or to customise a croft barn into a dwelling on any part of the croft at 9, 10 and 1/2 12 Totescore Isle of Skye
Response
The Crofting Commission does not deal with granting permission to erect or modify dwellings or barns even if it is on land under crofting tenure. This type of scenario would be more appropriate for the Highland Council Planning Department they can be contacted on www.highland.gov.uk
