Request for information on 17 crofts in the township of Hilton of Embo Dornoch
Response
Having completed our search for the information requested, we note that the information on croft 327 Hilton, Embo and the Embo Hilton Common Grazings has been previously requested and issued under previous Freedom of Information requests. The other information requested was issued with exemptions under section 38(1)(b) (personal information) and section 36(1) (confidentiality of communications) of the Act applied to some of the information requested.
