Information requested
Request for information on what the crofting commissions annual budget is, and whether this budget includes grants awarded by the crofting commission. I would like to know which body has financial oversight of the crofting commission, and whether there are reports regarding value for money of the crofting commission. I would also like to know how many employees the crofting commission has, and what salary scale is operation. I would like to know whether any crofts have been reassigned in the last year because the crofter lived further away than specified in the duties. If there were reassignments for this reason how many occur per year? I would also like to know whether any crofts have been reassigned in the last year because the crofter failed to comply with the other duties of a crofter. I also note that there are a number of trigger events which require the crofter register their crofts, and there are very generous time limits associated with these events. Are there any sanc...
