Information request and response under the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002.
Information requested
Request for a copy of all correspondence and a note of all telephone conversations and copies of all emails relating to the appointment of the Grazings Constable at Badcaul. Also a copy of all correspondence, emails, notes of telephone conversations etc relating to Mr Hunter and Mr Scougal stating that ground near No 3 Badcaul belonged to Mr Hunter's croft. A copy of the file that relates to complaints & Mr Hunter's response to complaints and all correspondence details of telephone conversations relating to Mr Hunter's apportionment application.
