Information requested
Request for all information, objections and current status of the division application made by the tenant of croft 7 Balmaquien. Also a list of all vacant crofts in all the parishes in Skye.
Response
All the information requested was issued in relation to vacant crofts in Skye. Information was provided in relation to the division application for croft 7 Balmaquien but an exception under Section 30(b)(ii) of the FOI was applied to some of the information as it relates to on-going deliberations on a live case.
