Information request and response under the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002.
Information requested
CRequest for communications and correspondences between the Standards Commission and the Crofting Commission. In addition correspondence between the former CEO Catriona MacLean and the Commissions Compliance officer Jane Thomas, between 1st April 2016 and 31st December 2016, which relates in any form to Commissioner MacLennan’s declaration of interests being rescinded in relation to the Mangestra Common Grazing and Bethesda Hospice Stornoway.
