Information request and response under the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002.
Information requested
1. Any and all copies of correspondence and documentation held by the Crofting Commission relative to the apportionment application involving Colin Niall Kennedy on Arinagour Common Grazings, Isle of Coll, between 1998 and 2025. This should include but is not limited to case papers and any information placed before the decision-making board; 2. Any and all paperwork relating to decisions taken by the Crofting or Crofters Commission taken in respect of Arinagour Common Grazings between 1998 and 2025, including minutes of associated meetings.
