Information requested
Request clarified to: 1. Rights of access for neighbouring crofts to the area immediately to the North East of Croft 9 Durnamuck, between the registered extent of 9 Durnamuck and the seashore (access being taken across 9 Durnamuck). 2. Durnamuck Crofters’ rights to leave boats on the foreshore at Durnamuch. 3. The historic extent of the common grazings at Durnamuck. 4. More specifically, whether the area immediately to the North East of Croft 9 Durnamuck, between the registered extent of 9 Durnamuck and the seashore was historically included within the Common Grazings.
