Information request and response under the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002.
Information requested
Request for all Crofting Commission internal and external correspondence regarding case 105953 from November 2023 onwards including a minuted account of the meeting which took place in order to reach the decision and all evidence provided by the landlord in regard to this case.
Response
Under Regulation 13 some information was provided, but other information was withheld or was not held by the authority (partial). Due to an exception under (Regulation 11 – Personal Data and Regulation 10(5)(d) - Confidentiality of proceedings (covers legal advice) and 10(4)(e) – Internal communications)
