1) A description of the CIS system and how it is used by the commission. 2) The value of transaction processed by the system. 3) The information used as evidence to draw the conclusion made by Commissioner Kennedy. 4) A copy of the CIS options paper. 5) down time statistics for the last 2 years 6) Major fault or failing reports within the last two years of system operation.
