Information requested
Request for all information in this case (89115), and any previous apportionment cases (also if you could please provide how many previous cases there were).
Response
We can confirm that there is only one apportionment case in relation to croft 1 Murlaggan, Kilmonivaig (case 89115). As per the scope of your request the information has been collated and while we do endeavour to provide information whenever possible. However, in this instance an exemption under the EIRs applies to some of the information requested, specifically Regulation 11 - Personal Data. As the release of this information would be in breach of the data protection principles the information that falls under this category has not been released.
