Information requested
To advise if the Commission hold the accounts for the Bohuntin Common Grazings Committee, also to have sight of the protocol concerning a declaration of interest that your officers need to abide by when dealing with family and friends

The Commission do not hold any information on the grazings committee accounts, you may wish to contact the committee directly. Under the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 (the Act) I can confirm that the Crofting Commissions ‘protocol concerning a 'declaration of interest'’ can be found on our website under our Anti-Fraud Policy located at https://www.crofting.scotland.gov.uk/about-us.
