Information requested
Request for the number of crofts within the Parish of Durness which have owner/occupier crofters, crofters or tenants who are authorised by the Commission to be Absent from their Croft or Crofts?
Response
We can advise that within the Parish of Durness no owner-occupier crofters or tenant crofters currently have consent from the Crofting Commission to be ordinarily resident other than on, or within 32 kilometres of, their croft(s) in terms of Section 21B of the Crofters (Scotland) Act 1993.
