Request for a copy of the papers presented to the Board meeting of 5 November 2014
Response
A copy of the 05 November 2014 Board paper has been enclosed. With regards to the plans that were tabled alongside the mentioned board paper these do not appear to have been saved and I am unable to confirm if these are the same maps that were associated against the apportionment case, of which you have already received a copy.
