Information requested
I write with reference to your emails dated 26th June 2019 and the files attached thereto. Contained therein is a letter from the Senior Manager of the Crofters Commission Archie Macnab dated 18th February 2003. In his letter he refers to a Development Brief. Do the Crofting Commission have a record of the contents of the brief? Also, is it possible to obtain a copy of the said letter without redactions in order to pursue enquiries?
Response
The requested copy of the Development brief mentioned in the letter dated 18 February 2003, this brief can be found on the Highland council’s website. With regards to an unredacted copy of the letter I am only able to remove part of the redaction for you as the rest would be in breach of the Data Protection Principles.
