FOI and EIR Statistics
FOI and EIR Statistics
We are committed to openness, accountability, and the principles of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 (FOISA) and the Environmental Information (Scotland) Regulations 2004 (EIRs). Our annual performance statistics for our information requests are published to show how we meet our statutory duties, track our response times, and provide transparency to the public we serve.
These figures cover requests received from members of the public between April of one year to March of the next. They are laid out below with the most recent statistics first, scroll down for previous’ years.
