Request for any written or email correspondence relating to the tenancy of Croft 21 Kyle's Scalpay (I1745) over the last 3 years, particularly from around the time the tenancy was put up for sale.

Response

Under Regulation 13 of EIR some information was provided, but other information was withheld or was not held by the authority (partial). This is due to an exception under (Regulation 11 – Personal Data).
