Information requested
Request for information pertaining to:
- the decision memorandum or other document, resulting from the internal and external reports, which assessed that the applications were incomplete, and the basis for this assessment;
- the internal department assessments;
any external (to the Commission) assessments and recommendations (eg RoS, SGRPID, other);
- correspondence from the Commission with the applicants or their agent, in particular, but not limited to, the reasons for the "incomplete"" assessment and any advice provided on changes required to meet the Commission's standards.
Response
Under Regulation 13 of EIR some information was provided, but other information was withheld or was not held by the authority (partial). This is due to an exception under (Regulation 11 – Personal Data).
