Information request and response under the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002.
Information requested
Request for information specifically in relation to the apportionment beside our croft at Badabrie. It is with intent to potentially purchase the adjoining Grazings to our own croft that currently belongs to Margaret Campbell of Tomonie (cc'd in). If you could give us all information pertaining to all legal aspects that is held on this apportionment needed for the transaction of any sale going back to when the apportionment was first acquired by Margarets spouse Mr Malcolm Campbell."
