Information requested
Request for the following information: 1. Applications and their determinations with interest in the crofting township of Arivegaig, pertaining to 'resumption' and 'apportionment'. To include: applications, maps, support/objections, department officer's comments/recommendations. 2. Full release of applications/determinations relevant to the crofting township of Arivegaig, Argyll, pertaining to the change of use of Common Grazings for woodland/forestry, car parking and any other non-agricultural usage, for any purpose under The Crofting Reform (Scotland) Act 2010. 3. Full & comprehensive release of current and historic Arivegaig Township Clerk/Grazings Committee 'Duty to Report' pertaining to 'Condition of Common Grazings and every Croft' as mandated under section 47(1) of The Act.
