Information requested
Request for copies of a particular piece of correspondence mentioned in the press between Finlay Beaton and the West Harris Trust.
Response
Thank you for your recent request under the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002. In respect of the scope of your request we have been able to locate an email from the West Harris Trust which makes mention of the ‘prospective new tenant’ to 1 Luskintyre (see enclosure 1). Additionally, my colleague has been able to produce a copy of the email chain in question (see enclosure 2), please note that its redacted state is the only version we hold.
