Information requested
Request for copies of correspondence by the West Harris Trust in relation to a strong representation regarding the tenancy of 1 Luskintyre, Harris. And, for copies of decrofting directions granted in relation to cases 77275, 77274 & 77273.

Thank you for your recent request under the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002. We have now completed our search for the information you requested. The first part of your request related to representations from the West Harris Trust with regards to your tenancy/ownership, I can confirm that the Crofting Commission does not hold any such representations. In relation to the request for decrofting directions relating to cases 77275, 77274 and 77273, copies of these directions have been attached for your information.
