Information request and response under the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002.
Information requested
Request for a copy of the historical file held for Crofts 1 and 2 Manish, Isle of Harris and any copies of regulatory applications and plans relating to these crofts.
Response
We do endeavour to provide information whenever possible. However, in this instance an exemption under the EIRs applies to some of the information requested, specifically Regulation 11 - Personal Data. Release of this information would be in breach of the data protection principles and information that falls under this category has not been released.
