Information requested
Please confirm the number of receipts of information extending from the ‘Laid Common Grazing Committee’ over the previous 3 years to date (broken down by an annual basis), which have resulted in the issue f notification of a suspected breach of duty under Section 26A of the Crofters (Scotland) Act 1993. Please confirm how many notifications (broken down on an annual basis) have been issued in relation to a suspected breach of duty under Section 26A of the Crofters (Scotland) Act 1993, within the Parish of Durness over the previous 3 years to date

We can advise that, in response to both queries, the Crofting Commission has issued two notifications of a suspected breach of duty over the previous 3 years to date, both of which were in 2020.
