Information requested
Request for information on land removed from crofting tenure pertaining to the Highland Councils acquisition of land through Fulnafern croft 198.
Response
The request comes under EIR regulations. The Crofting Commission do not hold any details pertaining to request. Decrofting Directions prior to 1976 were issued by the Secretary of State for Scotland and land resumptions are dealt with and can be obtained from the Scottish Land Court.
