Information requested
Request for information held by your organisation that relates to the process of planning and preparing for a possible future when the UK may not be a member of the European Union ("Brexit").
Response
While the Crofting Commission has not incurred any expenditure specific to points 2-5 of your request, with regards to point 1, I can confirm that the Commission has spent £10k on a study of financial support for crofting. Although this was not directly in the context of ‘Brexit’, this has been mentioned by the author of the report. A copy of the report can be found on this website.
