Request for the following information: how much the appointment of Colin Souter, as Constable in Upper Coll in Lewis, has cost? Could you include in the calculation his fees, his travel costs, the travel costs of officials accompanying him to meetings and the cost of consulting various legal, tax and accountancy advisers? Could you tell me if the Crofting Commission will pay these sums, or if the crofters of Upper Coll in Lewis will be expected to pay?
