Information requested

Request copies of all correspondences, responses or comments, either email,letter or memos, from Crofters Commission Convener, Colin Kennedy, to Ivor Matheson and / or Kenny Macleod, in relation to their complaints raised against Upper Coll Grazings Committee. 2. Request any advice by emails or letters, afforded by Crofters Commission Convener, Colin Kennedy, to Ivor Matheson, Iain Matheson and Kenny Macleod, pre-dating the official complaint raised by Ivor Matheson and Kenny Macleod against Upper Coll Grazing Committee. 3. Request copy of minutes and or documentation, hand written or typed, of Commission meetings held to discuss complaints raised by Ivor Matheson and or Kenny Macleod against Upper Coll Common Grazing Committee.

Response

There were no correspondence etc between Colin Kennedy and Ivor Matheson/Kenny Macleod in relation to the S47 (8) investigation. Also as far as Mr Kennedy can establish, he was copied in to two emails which were sent to the Crofting Commission to which he made no reply. Mr Kennedy did not respond to any requests for advice by e-mail or letters from Ivor Matheson, Iain Matheson or Kenny MacLeod pre-dating the Section 47(8) investigations. Copies of minutes of meetings at which Mr Kennedy attended and at which minutes were recorded were issued.
