Information requested
Please supply copies of all communications regarding Croft 17 Scouriemore, Eddrachilles(S0979), currently owned by Mr and Mrs Thompson. From January 2017 until it is sold.

Following on from my previous response, I can confirm that the Crofting Commission does not hold information pertaining to your request. As the last piece of correspondence on file for 17 Scouriemore is dated 22 December 2011 which falls out with the “January 2017 until it is sold” scope. As previously mentioned Mrs Lorraine G Thomson and her nominee Mr Charles H Thomson purchased the croft in 2009. The Commission was informed about this purchase in December 2011 and if there has been a subsequent purchase made since then the Commission has yet to be notified.
