Information requested
Request for details, including dates of each notice of proposed termination of tenancy issued to absentee tenants under S22 of the CSA 1993, since October 2011. Also details of each absentee tenancy terminated by the Commission since October 2011. A list of all instances whereby a ruing made by the Commission since 2010 has been overturned on appeal to the Scottish Land Court.
