Request for a copy of all records on file between 1886 and 1960 for croft 8 Geisiader, Uig
Response
The Commission holds no records prior to its establishment in 1955; however earlier information may be available from organisations such as the National Archives for Scotland, the Scottish Land Court, and the Registers of Scotland. A copy of the information we hold is enclosed but in this instance an exemption under section 38(1)(b) (personal information) of the Act applies to some of the information requested, which has been redacted accordingly.
