Information requested
Request for the following information: 1. How many decrofting and related cases, currently reside in the "Crofting Law Sump", administered by Derek Flyn and Keith Graham ? 2. Is my own application to decroft (Case Nos. 2.21.48565 & 4.86.37926) in the "Sump" ? 3. What is the anticipated time frame for the "Sump Administrators" to deliver their findings and recommendations ? 4. Apart from DF and KG, who else is involved in the review process ? 5. Have the "Terms of Reference" for the administrators (DF & KG) been published ? If so, where might I find them. 6. Following the adoption by the CC Board of the new policy regarding decrofting (Board Meeting December 2014) , have any previously granted decrofting applications been retrospectively rescinded ?
