Request for the following information: The current number of absentee tenancies within the crofting counties.The current number of absentee tenancies within the Western Isles. The current number where an individual holds two or more tenancies, as an absentee. The number of crofts in the Western Isles classed as absentee tenancies where there is no person in residency. The number of tenancies assigned to absentee tenants since 1st January 2008. The number of absentee tenancies which have been terminated while a dwelling house decrofting Direction remains valid.A copy of all correspondence issued to Mr MacLennan, Commissioner, concerning the non-residency situation at his croft 1 Cliasmol, Harris. The identity of the officials and Commissioners who considered the case of absenteeism of croft 1 Back on 6th March 2014.
