Request for the following information: The number and details of absentee tenancies where a notice of Proposal to Terminate has been published in the Stornoway Gazette, while the tenancy is actively advertised for sale by an Estate Agent. 2. The number and details of absentee tenancies which have been terminated by the Crofting Commission, while the tenancy is actively advertised for sale by an Estate Agent. 3. Justification, under Crofting Law, for effectively and knowingly impeding a legitimate commercial transaction.
