Request for the following information in hard copy. 2012 -Elphin Common Grazing Meeting - all copies of the meetings that took place of the common grazing Committee in the early part of the year, up to and including August 2012 including on the spot issues surrounding the disputed meeting of the 18th June, minutes also and the officer of the CC who gave advice which was then altered etc all info, communication including emails. ELPHIN GRAZINGS COMMITTEE - case ref 2.21.39856 All and any communication, including emails regarding this meeting of the 13th August (and following dates) 2012 - Minutes of said meeting (which included Joseph Kerr, Archie Macnab and communication with Nick Reiter, emails Rob Gibson MSP, Jean Urquhart, MSP) and following communication with the CC and Rob Gibson, Nick Reiter.
