Request to see the Area office report for case 110526.
Response
As per the Regulatory Case Officer’s email to you (dated 09 January 2022) a report from the local SGRPID Office was no longer required as they informed the Commission of a change in the applicant’s circumstances last September which had the immediate effect of invalidating the late Mrs Macleod’s application.
