Information request and response under the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002.
Information requested
Request for copies of all internal and external correspondence including emails and any notes of telephone conversations and discussions with the Commissioner and/or any other parties regarding the above case number. Please also send a copy of your data protection policy and complaints procedure. Please send records of Clerks and Committee Members and notifications regarding AGM and other meetings of the Upper Barvas Grazings Committee dating back to 2006.

Information requested issued, along with a copy of our complaints procedure The Commission does not have a Data Protection Policy as this is regulated by the UK Information Commissioners office. The Scottish Government has a Data Protection and Information Assets Team within the Office of Security and Information Assurance who provide the Commission with advice and guidance on all aspects of the Data Protection Act.
