    Can decrofted land be re-registered as croft land?

    Yes, you would effectively be applying to bring your land back into crofting tenure. This is exactly the same procedure as applying to the Commission to create a new croft. Relevant background, guidance and application form can be found under “Creating a new Croft” page on this website
